Welcome! My name is AIDA Poladian and I am a full time Broker-Associate with Ramsey-Shilling since 1978. I specialize in the sales of estate type properties as well as residential income properties.

 

A consistent multi-million dollar producer, I have been honored with several OUTSTANDING SALES ACHIEVMENT AWARDS .

 

I graduated from the Cairo University, Egypt, with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where I majored in languages, and I am fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Armenian. I have an extensive investment banking background.

 

I am also an active member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, as well as a participant of the Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Glendale Board of Realtors. In addition, I hold a GRI designation as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.
